My goal as a teacher is certainly to create in my students a deep understanding as well as self-confidence in answering assessment questions and having the ability to tackle unknown situations. My approach is based on the concept that learning occurs in an environment of mutual recognition where the student is supported to think and make new relationships for themselves. According to my experience individual training has a distinct advantage to scholars thanks to the option to resolve the scholars' particular restraints to learning in a manner that sets the foundations for a deep and long-term perception of the theme.
Student’s needs and learning style meaning
My approach depends on the scholar's needs and learning style. My teaching theory is built upon encouraging children to think for themselves, using existing models whenever possible. |I consider that it is critical to supply students with a working knowledge and to develop analytical skills for development upon this knowledge. Teaching anyone to think analytically is at the fundamental of what exactly a person should withdraw off any subject program.

The most lasting contributions a coach are able to make is mentoring students, and it is a process, that I consider to be fun and rewarding. How I teach
I start from topics the learners are comfortable with and proceed regularly towards more complex sectors as long as their self-esteem is being built. I use questions and examples to monitor getting continually. I will not lecture to students or tell them to memorise things. Nor do I perform the students' home tasks for them!
I constantly prioritise exam-style or last queries to examine, work at and improve the scholar's perception and performance.
